Here we go again!
for those of you who have not figured it out yet, i will absolutely attempt to be
"nice" when there is reason to voice my displeasure with an event.
any event, an action by another person, an INaction, the actual gig...
the gig today, well, the mains and sidefills left ALOT to be desired.

wtf is wrong with the contractors?? is there REALLY such a major shortage of
competant sound companys? jeez...
it should not take the guest engineer asking about phase and time alignment to
get the rig aligned and put into coherent phase, ... should it??
whole chunks of spectra GONE, shrill, bitey high end and blaring upper midrange.
All Vertec rigs are NOT created equally...
or rather, any fool can buy the shit....it takes alot of skill to set it up right!
that aside, when there is a tent or canopy covering the stage,
and there are tented wings.....
shouldn't the rain spill be directed AWAY FROM the stage area as well as the electronics?
thought so.
not so...
however... there was a Vegan, Jamaican food vendor there that rocked!
see, i am not ONLY griping!
the crowd was mighty! they stayed thru the entire event, rain, wind and all!
